E3 Chophouse Steamboat Springs

We waited 30 minutes after our reservation for a table. our server was excellent. eating was decent, except the steak who was terrible. hard meat with low quality. banquet. we are native and this was our second chance to dinner at e3. the cocktails are fantastic and they have a good happy hour. the ambiente cannot be adjusted. the food needs an overhaul.

A steakhouse out of most of their Steak options. The restaurant has 7 managers and not one was working on New Years evening. For the price point you’d think the managers would prepare better! Purchased a $110 steak and flavor was good but very tough. Definitely not what it was last time we visited.

Friendly service, welcoming staff, beautiful decor, pleasant atmosphere, room temperature perfect, and the food was amazing 10/10.

Beautiful cozy atmosphere. we went there on family vacation and would probably return if we got the chance.

Limited menu items, ribbed hard, and despite only 2 reservation times in open table, most restaurants open. I did not fill in until after our departure. great service and ambiente.
