Daal Roti - Stanmore

The experience of this place was very good as we arrived late afternoon and it was just us. food quality was not bad and usually close to what I expected.

Proper north indian tasting food.. Sarso ka saag and makke di roti Malai kofta Dal tadka All was awesome.... finger Licking food. Desert- Rabri was super awesome... 5 stars are less for the review... Must go place

The dining experience was wonderful, with delicious appetizers and prompt service that felt both efficient and relaxed. The only issue I encountered was that some of the starters couldn't be adapted to meet my dietary needs, but the mixed plate was fantastic! Additionally, the decor could use some updates, as it appears quite dated.

I had a wonderful dining experience. Even the Doggy Bag food was delicious and didn't have any bad odors. The quality of the food, from the appetizers to the main courses, was exceptional.

During our last visit, we ordered a dish and mentioned that we are Jain. Unfortunately, the server didn't realize that the dish wasn't Jain-friendly. Once we noticed the issue upon receiving our food, we called to inform them. They promptly offered an alternative and prepared it quickly, which resolved the problem efficiently. However, I would suggest that the staff include an apology in situations like this to improve their service next time.
