Restaurant bewertenHorrible customer service, the branch manager Reggie tried to get my husband to float our card twice, he said it wasn't going through, my husband showed him on our bank account that it had already blown through. He refused to give us our piazza and said he had to float again to get the pizza. My husband had to stand there for 30 minutes and call the 1800 Papa John's number and tell the manager that the payment was processed. Reggie doesn't even apologize for the inconvenience. He was a JERK. Called District Manager Cathy and everything she had to say was regrettable, not what we can do to make it right, or just excuse everything and that was the end of the conversation.
Proper pizza fresh ingredients can not ask for better in and out quickly
I mean, Nabeby are great pizza lovers. We order Papa johns from stanley once a week (wow that sound bad) we loved it, but recently they deliver 20 minutes after the estimated time and our pizza are not good. Two times in a row, my husband had burned pizza that forgot me an ingredient. I think we need to find a new pizza place!
A very welcoming place that fits a friendly place motto with Stanley. They have a great team, along with good management and continuously perform exceptional customer service.
Amazing service. One of the only places that showed me the pizzas for inspection before paying to ensure everything was correct. Fast too!! Pizzas were azing as well.
