If you want to wait a lifetime for your takeaway and appreciate poor customer service then order from here! Honestly, the WORST takeaway and the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered twice and both times we’ve waited over 2 hours! Cold food on arrival, parts of the order missing…..and when you’re question them complain not even a sorry! Awful business

Sometimes there can be quite a wait. But the food is lovely and the staff very friendly. We use them once every couple of months and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I pre-ordered and paid for my food around 4pm. It seems that our order arrived around 7pm, but we were not notified. It is now 9:30pm and I still have not received my order, yet they are asking for a second delivery payment.

Disappointing considering the food is good. The order was to be collected at 730 but wasn’t ready till 8 and when I got home I found that a dish was missing. I will not be using this establishment again.

Absolutely delicious food every week. My order is always spot on even when I ask to make changes to the dish. Definitely the best Chinese around.
