Eat is good. customer service is just müll! I order about 5 times a week from this place, but because your customer service is so müll. I invested in a ninja mixer. I order before I leave my house, just to come here and wait. drive thru is extremely slow. they are waiting in line for 10-15 minutes only to pick up an order in the line. No, I don't want to go in! when I go in, no grue to the door! the order is never finished in time and it leaves me to end again and again. find another location. the longer journey will be worth it. they train employees on customer service and then I complained that I am hanged several times. I wrote this while I wait on the line. it is 30 minutes

Best place for smoothies. I love this place. all people are nice and friendly. it is super busy so they expect a short wait, but they always get my order right. I've eaten here every day for the last week. I ordered different things every day in the menu and everything is good. I still have decisions that I have not yet tried, but my current favorit is mocha delusion. it is a coffee blend smoothie. I love the hospitality here absolutely. great service. great people and excellent menu.

After having a bad experience with the Stafford staff I just received a phone call from the husband and wife owners. They are great people and even though I had this bad experience I will continue to support this business. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe and this location always strive to make the customer happy and make sure they are taken care of.
