Restaurant bewertenI usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience at this restaurant. I am so upset, disgusted, and disappointed that I chose this place without checking the reviews first. The broken line outside the restaurant, followed by our disappointing meal, confirmed that the online reviews were accurate. The food did not taste fresh, the mac n cheese was tough, and I ended up throwing it away. I regret not choosing to eat elsewhere and will not be visiting this restaurant again. Goodbye, KFC.
This KFC restaurant is the worst with incredibly poor customer service. I tried to pick up my online order from the drive-thru window because it was raining heavily in the hot late afternoon, but the woman wearing glasses rudely leaned out and told me to leave while I was getting drenched in the rain. As a result, I began to feel symptoms of a cold.
The restaurant was a mess. There were plenty of employees, but they seemed to just wander aimlessly instead of paying attention to the order screen. They made various excuses for the disorganization and tried to pass off incomplete orders as finished. I noticed that three people were constantly running back and forth, causing delays in both payment and food delivery. Even worse, I saw that they didn't even bother to wash their hands.
The fill up box is advertised as including a chocolate chip cookie with the price of order. When the hired gave me my order and I looked into the bag, I didn't see my keks. when I asked the employee that my cookie was missing, he said, although the image and my reception show that a cookie is included with the meal, no cookie is included anymore. when I asked if I had to pay for them separately, he said they had no cookies left. if I pay for an advertised article, but I will not receive it for me that seems like wrong advertising and I should be compensated. at least I should have been informed before I had paid for my order or the price for the missing product was doctoral and I should not have mentioned it.
Arriving to this KFC at 10:15 pm on a Saturday to place order to go ;the guy on the speaker told me they were closed they had everything shut down. I told him online shows they close at 11pm. Then he comes with another excuse saying they are out of chicken. C‘mon he just said that so they can close and leave. If they are not satisfied that the business closes at 11 find another job that closes early. The employees are making the business look bad. We are in 2022 that we all go based on google reviews. Next time if they really run out of chicken tell them the truth instead of saying y’all closed .
