Restaurant bewertenDining in or taking out may be impacted by unpredictable closing hours, but overall, this fast food restaurant delivers a satisfactory experience. The McDouble and triple cheeseburgers I've tried here have consistently been enjoyable. The counter service is quick and friendly whenever they're open. The drive-thru line tends to be lengthy, likely due to its close location to the interstate and the influx of local workers and residents coming in for lunch or dinner. The milkshakes are reliably tasty, whenever they’re available, and I’ve also enjoyed the strawberry banana smoothies I've ordered here. Overall, it's a good spot.
After a long day of running around, I decided to stop by McDonald's. I can't resist those McFlurries—they're absolutely the best! Wishing everyone a wonderful day!
I have visited this restaurant five times, and not once have I been able to place an order. The first two visits, they only accepted cash, which I don't use. On the third visit, they had no drinks available except for tea. The fourth time, their ice cream machine was out of order. During my fifth visit, they only had chicken on the menu. This is completely unacceptable! It's quite embarrassing for the Fox Park neighborhood. They might as well consider closing this place down.
I frequently find that my food is either fresh with decent service or not fresh with decent service. They also tend to close one lane of the drive-thru quite often. This might be due to staffing issues, but they really need to improve their customer service and focus on providing fresh food.
I have never felt so disrespected at a fast-food restaurant in my life! The staff were incredibly rude and honestly seemed to have a racist attitude. When I finally received my food, which was just a simple McChicken, I inspected it for anything unusual. After taking my first bite, I realized it was the worst McChicken I have ever tasted! It didn't even resemble any McChicken I've had in the past. I will never return to this place, and I know I'm not the only one who has had this experience—there's no way!
