Jimmy John's - St. Louis

I literally wept during the order in the drive thru today, and in which I can always pull myself together before the people so that they know. Anyway, the drive-thru type put a cookie in my pocket with hearts on her, so then I went on to cry when I realized. it was the most kind, and the humanity is restored in my eyes? so thank jimmy johns and good night america

Way too often my order gets delivered without any notification or a knock on my door so I have no idea how longs it's been sitting out there. Additionally I've had too many issues with the wrong thing being delivered or being delivered way later than expected and nobody in the store seems to have any remorse or explanation for it when I call. I'm ever craving Jimmy John's from now on, I'll just drive to the one off Chippewa, but in that case if I'm already out and about, I'll probably just go to Legrand's.

Was in this morning. Worker was fantastic. This guy was great.

Whatever map application the delivery drivers use at this location must suck, because my order consistently takes a half hour at minimum from the point it has left the store for delivery and when it arrives. Kicker is, I only live 4 blocks away and put a detailed description of where I live on the address. I thought I would get delivery and help kick a generous tip over to the drivers, but out of 5 orders in the recent past, all but one was NOT freaky fast. Ill take a pass on jimmy johns from now on.

It's a good place to get a sandwich. The people that work there pretty good as well.
