Restaurant bewertenThis is the fourth time my husband has picked me up breakfast and the order is completely wrong. I am allergic to eggs and all of the sauces we order a double steak bowl w jasmine rice and cheese and add avocado. We state NO EGGS NO SAUCE JUST MEAT RICE CHEESE Avocado. I am not sure why it’s so hard. I’m super super aggravated. The bowl is around $14.00 when all said and done. My husband doesn’t check to make sure the order is right so that part is his fault leaves comes home and hast to go back the next time. I should eat the eggs get really sick. Go to the hospital and then sue you because I have told you many times that we are all allergic to eggs. This location is the worst location at providing a service for people that we pay for because you’re too lazy to look at a ticket and get the order correct. Awful! Then you have to wait on the phone for over 6 mins in order to speak to someone. Get it together. I am all about supporting local business or should I say franchise but not when you’re hiring and staffing, incompetent people that can ruin your livelihood. Pathetic
This location has both drive in and dine in options. Staff are friendly and the meal was served promptly, likely helped by the lack of other customers at this time of day: ! See photographs….
I go to WashU (also STL local) so I was excited to try some fresh new food off campus for once. I got the chicken and salmon bowl. I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had such dry meat, the veggies were stiff, and the portioning was so small for $15. You might not be able to tell from the pic but salmon does not look like that should not be that dry. Not fresh at all. Take this recent review as a warning to go elsewhere.
The vegan options are great here and my food is always fresh and delicious. The customer service is also excellent, I had an order slightly messed up and when I sent a note online someone from their offices came and dropped off the correct order to me within an hour. Thank you so much!
I like that it has its own parking spaces, food was served quickly and the place is clean. However, with more people ordering online, drive thru or pick up, there's little attention to ordering at the counter for dining in. I also notice that the bowls are not as full as it used to.
