Tks HOW TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS OVER PENNIES Like someone already said here: “Poor customer service, repeat customers: We are local, come here quite a bit and give recommendations to others. Really unfortunate. If only some business understood what the true value of respecting their customers really meant.”. We live in St. Joseph and today my spouse and I ordered two ice creams. When we seated we realized that we hadn’t spoon. I asked two spoons to the attendant and she said that was $0,50 per spoon tax. I was surprised but I paid them using a credit card on purpose (so what are they really going to put in their pocket after the card administrators’ fee? . HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD COME STANDARD WITH MY ORDER. I saw several customers holding spoons and I was wondering if everyone paid for their spoons or was I the only idiot to pay. Or had they brought spoons from home. I will never be coming back here again, that’s for sure. @oinksdutchtreat New Buffalo you are the best. @kilwins St. Joseph we are coming back, even with your queue on the sidewalk.

My favorite sweet treat location on the Bluff. Even when they're busy, lines always seem to move quickly. Love the portion sizes too

Visited on a Saturday in July and the line was outside but went quickly, no available seating but we took our ice creams to a bench closer to the beach. Their soft serve wasn’t available when we were there, I’m hoping that next time we visit we can try it because their menu board had some crazy flavors. Quickly learned that just because we are adults does not mean we need the larger size cones neither of us could finish but everything was so good. Worth the mess of a huge ice cream cone on a hot July day.

Has multiple vegan options, they let you sample to see what you want. Very good ice cream, nice parks nearby or indoor seating to enjoy the ice cream in.
