88 China - St. Charles

I have eaten at this restaurant several times. Each time we have placed our order and it has been prepared incorrectly. On two occasions, we were accused of not receiving items we had ordered. Today, on 8-6-22, we found a piece of plastic in my cashew chicken dish. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

The best dishes are always in reverse order. The crab rangoon is amazing with the perfect amount of sweetness. The baked rice is cooked to perfection.

My initial impression of 88 China is a 5-star rating. Although my order was incorrect, I called to address the issue and the staff promptly apologized and delivered the correct order. This level of customer service is exceptional. It's not about being flawless, but about listening and rectifying the situation. Additionally, the special roasted rice and triple joy dish I ordered was delicious.

This is my favorite Chinese food place. orderings are correct, portions are large, food tastes great.
