Restaurant bewertenThe best McAlister 's I always have and still today. I always try to go early since I work early a.m. and eat lunch by 10:30. Fat boys got to eat lol . Food is good. Little pricey but worth it by the end. Service is like it should be, Respectful between both parties.
Customer service and very clean overall,with one exception the young teenager to Young Lady in her twenties were not friendly when we ask for extra crackers for our chilli she was very hesitant after we spent almost 50.00 their She needs Customer Service Training and Dealing with the Public again,She acted as if She owns McAllisters,You never know who Patronize or come to your Business,Customer Service is Everything and especially when you are getting a piece of each Customers spendings,I happen to be a Successful Business Owner and I wish My Employees would mistreat my customers in any kind of way,I will address it Immediately and they would know longer Work for me because the Customers are who pay Us and my Bills,Other than that, the Older Lady that actually waited on me and my wife were very Cordial and Customer Service Oriented and Professional and a Sweet Person and She was leaving and We wanted to give a Tip and Thank Her for the Professionalism,We would have given five stars but the Young Lady as far as the Crackers made us Analyze the Decision not too.
I have been to McAllisters at this location twice in a week. Morgan has very poor customer service. First incident I did order pick-up on lunch break. I checked my bag to make sure everything is correct, and if I had all my utensils. When I opened a box I realized the food was made incorrectly so I said something to her, and she said that’s how it was keyed in you didn’t have any modifications. I said that’s weird because I had modified all the other 2 orders in the bag. So she asked if I wanted it remade, and what was wrong with it? She said well I need the food back, as I was handing it to her. I waited 15 mins for a bake potato to be remade. Wasn’t her priority. She also basically threw my butter packets in my hand. Another incident I went in for dinner, and ordered 2 entrees for here and 3 kids meals to go. She yells across the kitchen you can’t do the 99 cent kids meals Togo. Also they have to have 2 adult entrees which we did the drawer messed up and we had too do 2 separate transactions. So the girl at the front apologized and said sorry we can’t give it to you. That’s fine I’ll pay full price, but the fact I have dealt twice with the same persons attitude each visit makes me not want to come back. I give it 3 stars because the food is amazing. Morgan’s attitude not so much.
I believe our unofficial mission is to dine at every restaurant location eventually. When we discovered a spot in Texas, the first thing we did was park our RV and head straight to eat there. We also adore all the locations near our home. I highly recommend dining at any of their locations if you appreciate top-notch food and exceptional customer service that is unparalleled.
This restaurant is excellent for lunch or dinner. If only they were open for breakfast, it would be perfect.
