Fat Bastard Burrito Co.

Given wrong burrito. Called to try and rectify error and was met with denials and shifting of blame. Decent food but terrible customer service. I didn’t want my money back just what I paid for.

I asked them to put a joke on my take out container and they delivered! Thank you staff!

Was tired of the constant long wait so I started ordering online. Hasn 't made a difference. One employee in the evening is not enough. Waiting 20 mins PAST, 'order ready ' message, is

Ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and while it was fairly good, whatever they use as chicken is extremely low quality and barely passes as chicken in my opinion. Looks like it was some very low quality, frozen chicken strips from Walmart that they heat up and threw on my bowl. They had a very rubbery consistency and tasted very bland. The rest of my bowl was good, but I probably would not get anything chicken related.
