Restaurant bewertenAs an expat myself, I was blown away how amazing the food is here. I've often missed British courts while I was living in the state side, and I'm so glad I found this place. Service was wonderful and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I come back here regularly.
Cod and chips are delicious, feels like home (I?m from ?? Love this little place wish it was open later. Staff are friendly and plenty of parking. Great Double decker bus and British phone box to take cool photos.
Great first visit to this authentic English pub. Well worth the experience. Offering draught beers not typically available elsewhere we enjoyed our time in this almost 30 year old staple. We will be back to experience the Sunday roast lunch.
We visited the Kings Head British Pub last night. It was our first visit. We enjoyed the cozy authentic decor of the restaurant. It was a chilly evening and the fireplace was very welcoming. We started with sausage rolls for an appetizer. The sausage very good, the pastry a little soggy. The haddock fish chips was great. The star of the evening was one of the specials, chicken and mushroom pie. Very tasty in a delicious flaky pastry. The pickled onions were also spot on. We will return.
Cozy pub atmosphere. Timing was great with fewer diners. Staff was so pleasant and attentive. Food was awesome. Great fish and chips and seafood stew. Need to go back and try more stuff! Place was filling up as we left. You can tell it's popular!
