Bojangles - St. Augustine

They would like to have an honest review on the basis of their eating, but unfortunately for us, they were closed on Friday night at 8 o'clock, although they advertise that they close at 11 o'clock. but by reading some of these reviews, maybe it was a blessing! I guess it's what they would expect from these kinds of institutions.

This location has a hardwiring and friendly staff. eating is always hot and tasty. her message to “Pray for Ukraine” touched me this morning. thanks for this simple and powerful memory.

I always love bojangles, unfortunately this visit was disappointing, they have our order wrong! After we repeated it three times, we waited too long to get it! need some work in customer service.

The employees of the last Tuesday night were amazing! we had this place about a year ago order and were not impressed and did not plan to ever come back. late Tuesday night we decided to risk it and eat it again and we are 100% happy that we did. eating (in particular the chicken, cookies and fries) was perfection! Serious requisitions to those who work in the night on their food skills and service! we're coming back!

This Bojangles had a notification in the drive thru window that they are short staffed, which should have been communicated at the drive thru speaker box. It took about 20 minutes for me to get my food, which I understand being short staffed for that, but my fries and chicken sandwich were both cold. It's like they had my order prepped and sitting on the counter to become frigid while it took them 20 minutes to service the person in front of us in line. Will never come back, better off getting Zaxbys next door or Bojangles at a different location.
