Restaurant bewertenI am giving a 5-star review for my visit today. I had to wait a bit longer than usual and eventually moved to the window to find out that their system was down, so it would take 10-15 minutes to process my payment. However, the staff remained professional and quickly prepared my order, which was fresh and made to order. The young employees were fantastic and the manager was also excellent. It is clear that the employees are well-trained at this restaurant.
I finally did it. I waited for an hour outside (yes, I was determined to get the food I paid for) before deciding to use the drive thru. When I informed them about my long wait, they explained that I had to wait for my cake (which doesn't take that long to bake, I know this because I work at McDonald's). In the end, the pies were good, but they could improve their communication with customers to explain the reason for the long waits more effectively on their signage.
The night shift employees at this restaurant are consistently impolite. I have visited this establishment twice, and both times the staff were incredibly rude. Despite trying to be friendly and greet them with a smile, they always have a negative attitude when asked to repeat themselves. As someone who is hard of hearing, their lack of patience is unnecessary and unpleasant.
Excellent service. Never compromised her service. Great before viruses and has continued quality service. My favorite McDonald. Clean, fast and excellent management.
Terrible service. They ask every single car to pull and wait for their order. I ordered over $30, and when they broke it out, I was missing a cheeseburger. Of course, the interior is closed so that I had to go through the drive thru to the window behind about 5 cars. Then I was asked to raise it again for the Cheeseburger not to put it in the bag for the first time!? The lady in the window then got an attitude because I said no. I won't let the rest of my order sit and get cold while you take my time to bring me a cheeseburger.
