Restaurant bewertenI tried the Eggplant-Couscous dish at this restaurant and it was fantastic. It was served with crispy kale and cherry tomatoes. I requested tofu to be added to my meal, making it a delicious and nutritious option.
There are not many vegan/vegetarian choices available, but the staff and kitchen are willing to accommodate. The quinoa bowl is tasty.
I recently tried the Eggplant-Couscous dish at this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. It was served with crispy veal and small tomatoes. I requested to add tofu to the dish and it turned out to be a delicious and healthy meal.
We have dined at Braxton's at the Algonquin on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have shown a decline in quality. Our waitress was excellent and tried to compensate for the restaurant's shortcomings. My wife ordered a new pasta dish which, although tasted alright, arrived cold. I opted for the ribeye, which came with fries (my oversight, as I would have preferred a potato). Regrettably, the fries were also cold and the ribeye was disappointingly thin. The dish lacked vegetables and seasoning, with the steak being served on a plain white plate. To make amends, the restaurant offered us a complimentary dessert. However, the tart and cheesecake appeared as though they had been sitting in a display case for a prolonged period of time.
In general, our experience at the restaurant was decent. However, we were disappointed with the limited vegetarian options available. Despite requesting the mussels without sausage, they were served with pork instead. The service was very friendly though.
