Tim Hortons - St. Albert

For a long time I stopped going to Tim's. Shortly after Burger King bought them the food quality declined. Today I brought my children and had an assortment for lunch including the chicken soup , donut and a turkey sandwich.The food was so much better than it has been for years. It tasted fresh and not overly processed and cheap. The soup was wonderful and affordable on a cold day. The portions were fair for the cost. The location was clean and the staff friendly. We were able to get a clean table and enjoy our meal together without loud music or sitting in something sticky. Thank you Tim Hortons for bringing back the better quality and for the opportunity to share a childhood favorite, chicken noodle soup and a bun, with my kids.

I got the cilantro slow cook chicken bowl. So tasty, it was very hot and very fresh. The portion was good and so was the ratio of each ingredient in the bowl. One of the best ones I've had to be honest.? recommend this Tim Hortons for sure.

Come today for breakfast. Drive thru was extremely slow resulting in them having a fairly large line.My issue today however is that this locations debit machines are down and they neglected to put up any signage regarding the matter in the drive thru.Massive waste of my time and energy as well as anyone elses who doesn't have physical cash.There is also no way to exit this drive thru. They literally wasted 20 minutes of my time this morning and I didn't come out of it with anything I was there to get.PUT UP SIGNAGE PLEASE.

Fast, but they put happy faces on the lid with permenant marker-I walked around all day with ink on my nose!

Most Tim Hortons are the same as far as food goes. What makes this one a good choice is the staff. They made me feel welcome...were very pleasant...smiled and were eager to help me with choices.
