Restaurant bewerten15 minutes to get a couple breakfast sandwiches. There were 3-6 young staff members staring at a screen at any given time. Half the staff had a lot of hair outside of their hair net
So I go to this McDonald’s everyday i am nothing but nice the employees are really nice to me except for an employee named Kelly. I honestly don’t know what her problem is with me, but she’s always angry at me and I don’t know why and she is to old to be working in customer service she talks very rudely to other customers, especially SkipTheDishes drivers and DoorDash drivers and Uber eats drivers. I hope she gets fired or quit i hope someone important reads this.
I visited this restaurant at 1 AM through the drive-thru and ordered fresh fries along with two drinks. After paying at the second window, I received my food, but the fries were cold and stale. Additionally, I only got one of the drinks I ordered. When I asked about the missing drink, the staff member claimed I hadn’t ordered it. I then drove back to the window to explain that I wanted fresh fries, not stale ones. He acknowledged my request but returned just 40 seconds later with the same bag of fries, which were simply reheated. I wanted to get his name to provide feedback, but he wasn’t wearing a name tag. Overall, I was disappointed with the service.
Ordered food through drive through. Got it after 20 min and it was wrong order. Went in to get it resolved waited for another 30 min inside. I Never got my food, got fed up and left. Most expensive nothing I’ve ever
I ordered McDelivery for the McFlurry deal, but the McFlurry wasn't included in my order. Additionally, the McDoubles I received were burnt. I also ordered a Happy Meal for the Squishmallow toy, but instead I got a Nerf toy.
