Rude waitress ordered coffee and got in takeaway cups to have there asked to have them put in glasses and she wasnt happy and coffee wasnt very good didnt drink it all. Better coffee at ikea and cheaper. Overall not a good experience.

One staff member who is bald is atrocious! Spilt coffee on the saucer with no apology and the coffee was Luke warm! His attitude was the machine make it and nothing he can do.Another server was fantastic.He took it back and made a nice hot one!

Took a chance on this shop Creatures of Habit at Springvale. Dishes were priced at $18.50 for a tiny sourdough which was not even a sandwich. Overpriced. The Zucchini fritters were unremarkable too and overpriced at $18.50. You be the judge looking at the pictures.

Friendly lovely staff, good quick service. Coffee and frappes lovely. Worth a visit.

If you are a coffee lover just give it a try. You will definitely love the coffee. And also the chips. 10/10. Cheers.
