Restaurant bewertenTim Hortons may not offer gourmet food, but they reliably get your order right every time. Unlike some other fast food chains, they don’t charge inconsistent prices, have unresponsive management, or serve vegetables that taste like soap, as I’ve found with Subway. Their staff is familiar with the menu, unlike places like Burger King and Wendy's. If you're tired of having to return your food half the time due to errors, you won’t have that problem here. Today, I just ordered a double double, and guess what? They actually got my order right.
I'm really starting to get frustrated with this place. They stop serving sandwiches after 8 PM, even though they stay open until 10 PM. The ice cap machine seems to be mysteriously out of order in the evenings, but it works just fine during the day—that's six evenings in a row now. They've also stopped making chili. I've been coming to this Tim's for nine years, and it's definitely going downhill. It feels like the staff just doesn't want to work evenings to prepare sandwiches or ice caps. Does the owner know about these problems? More often than not, they close 10 to 15 minutes before 10 PM. As a regular customer, I'm considering taking my business to Oxford or Amherst instead, which would mean at least a $3,000 decrease in annual spending. And yesterday, at 11 AM, I couldn't even buy a donut or muffin because they were completely out of stock—at 11 in the morning! Most of these issues seem to stem from the weekend staff; the weekday staff, however, are great.
I arrived at the restaurant at 5:05, but there was no service. I went back at 5:25 and found that they still didn't have any coffee ready. I had to wait in the drive-thru, and the staff's attitude was absolutely terrible. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service.
Only had a tea, tables could have been cleaner but staff were friendly and service was quick.
Friendly staff and friendly customers! Good service and delicious food! A
