Wendy's - Springfield

Drive thru associate was very nice and polite. eating was hot and fresh, which is hard to get lately. the fries were amazing!

When I entered this place, I knew I was there for it. the line moved very slowly and the staff was everywhere. I saw a guy coming back to the counter three times and someone came out of the drive-thru with a problem. when I ordered it took almost 10 minutes for a biggie bag. the manager went on as she can't wait to go. at one point there was a worker who walked around behind the counter without a goal, who was not even on the clock. the work area was also a measurable paper and wraps and a plastic bag were on the floor of the sandwichstation. total chaos. the only thing that keeps this from not being a 2-star rating is that the food I ordered came correctly and fresh. I will probably avoid this place next time.

The service was excellent and the personal was friendly and professional. the coffee is quite good here and the price is very fair. 7/20/22 .stopped for lunch with a few employees, ordered immediately and got our order pretty fast and it was hot and fresh. the cash register was friendly and funny and very professional. great visit?

In the late evening, they didn't mess in my order and it was really good.

This place sucks. I ordered one meal and they couldn’t even get that right. Charged me extra for cheese and didn’t even put it on my sandwich. Had me at the window for a few minutes and then parked me lol get it together Wendy’s.
