Starbucks - Springfield

This restaurant is brand new—having just opened three weeks ago as of April 19, 2017. The service is quick, and the atmosphere is open and spacious. The bathrooms are modern and very clean. It's an ideal spot for a quick stop off Highway 65, conveniently located next to a Zaxby's. I absolutely loved my quad breve latte! I will definitely be returning.

After one visit where my 11-year-old son didn’t get whipped cream on his apple caramel spice (apple cider), we asked to have his tall drink transferred to a grande cup so he wouldn’t miss out on one of his favorite parts—the whipped cream. The attached picture shows the happy outcome of our second purchase.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. It's a busy spot, but I was impressed by how quickly I was in and out. Jen was the team member who assisted me, and I’m really glad I decided to stop by. I’ve visited this place multiple times, and their service has always been consistently excellent.

Rude baristas. Would not wait on us until they were done talking. We waited about 5 mins. Ordered drinks. We ask for alternative to dairy, we got dairy and we got sick. I asked to order a pastry for my daughter after we paid for drinks and got them. The shift supervisor, she was pulling out the cash drawers, told me to wait. He was one of them people who would not wait on us the first time This is completely unlike how Starbucks wants you to treat customers. Worst service worst espresso drinks. I wish I could give zero or negative stars

Too busy, walked out. The line for the drive-through was so long I couldn't get out of the parking lot onto Sunshine and when I turned around to go through the Zaxby's entrance a delivery truck was blocking that entrance. I was able to turn around and go out the Sunshine entrance that time. But was an enlightening 15 minutes.
