Milano's Family - Springfield

I really enjoyed the eggplant Imam Baldi appetizer at this restaurant. It may not look amazing, but it tastes delicious. The Italian Combo pasta was also good, although I wish it had more sauce. Next time, I'll ask for extra sauce on the side. Overall, I was pleased with my first visit and look forward to trying more dishes. The service was for delivery and the meal type was dinner. The price per person is $10-20.

My family and I have been dining out at this restaurant for nearly 20 years and we've had a great experience every time. On some occasions we have even had the same Server. Today's visit was somewhat unusual because they were very full with customers dining inside. There were some folks waiting for a table, although I did see a cemetery empty section close to the register. I sat over there while waiting for our orders to be prepared. I ordered baked spaghetti with meat sauce which also included a side Greek salad. My Cousin ordered a ham sandwich platter that included French fries. And my Mother ordered a large chef salad. The baked spaghetti is enough spaghetti for two meals, and as usual I could only finish about half of it. Always great food here,

Their cheesesteaks are the best and I come from Philly! Their Greek dressing is addictive. only one problem their dinners are served filling the entire plate so if you want to cut or just put your fork in the food, it is spilling over the edge, what a mess. After several dinners here, I give up, I just order sandwiches or salad. I've never seen another restaurants that does this. Please get bigger plates, or don't fill those oval plates to the edge.

This restaurant is family-owned and -operated, with a cozy mom and pop feel. They make a point to remember their regulars. The food is fantastic, the service is quick, and they were even able to accommodate a large group we had for a special occasion. I highly recommend Milanos.
