Ribcrib Bbq Grill - Springdale

Service was great and the staff is very friendly. I wasn't too impressed with the food. Bands, Bbq beans and Mac n cheeses were pretty good. Chicken slices were damp and were not too bad. Sausage tasted as if it was cooked in a microwave instead of on a grill. Bbq sauce is too tender. Overall, I would eat here again, but no need.

We went to this Rib Crib (Springdale AR) because it's one of our favorite spots just to find out it's under new management that doesn't honor? all you can eat? This is clearly posted to the door. The food was tasty, but the sides were very small (only 1/2 of what you had earlier), and the service was less than the sides. We didn't know when we came there at 7:45 a.m. that they closed at 8 p.m. and our waitress would clean up to the end and we had to get up and find someone to fill our drink TWICE again! We waited for five minutes at the counter to pay because nobody ever brought us a check. A woman finally stepped out of her back, rolled her eyes and we spoke up and said we have to pay, and she said very loud and rudely, "You know?" We were the only customers in the whole restaurant! We won't be back!

The food was decent. I had never eaten here before and didn't know it was a fast food type BBQ room until I got my food. But was even better than eating a different kind of fast food.

It was delicious! The ribs, chicken, sausages, potato salad, pickles, it's all good, and if I'm ever down again, we'll stop there and eat because it's down line some of the best bbq I've ever had. The service was great and the ac also worked super. I was at other bbq places where it is almost miserable to sit and eat, but this place was a very comfortable cool on the inside. They had many memories of the walls and the toilets were clean. Definitely give this place an attempt if you ever get a chance that I'm sure, and I have no regrets!

Rib Crib in Springdale is under new management. Everyone that works there is so awesome. We got a to go order and everything was great as usual. But everyone that passed us at the check out counter stopped and asked if we were being helped. I can't say enough great things about this place.
