Mcdonald's - Spring Grove

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. A bald man, who was smoking, gave me a change of $100.02 during a busy time, despite seeing me hand him a $40 bill. He then called me stupid because he mistakenly gave me about 10 extra cents. It was incredibly annoying. He said that just as I was leaving. I hope he has a terrible day and realizes how his unpleasant attitude affects others.

The staff is friendly, but this restaurant tends to get quite busy during lunchtime. Be prepared to wait in your car.

The service is always excellent, and the staff is really friendly. My food orders are consistently accurate.

I have been part of this franchise since 1974, working with two different families across three states. Last Saturday, I witnessed this particular location at its busiest—I have never seen it this crowded in the three years I've been here. The Manager on Duty was right in the middle of the action, coordinating everything with perfect timing. She truly was the key player in this well-oiled machine. It was impressive to observe. The Bear group is focused on maintaining excellence for the franchise as well as for your family.
