The owner recommended the Off the Hook sauce and said he will put on a side and it's not hot After 45 mins, the food came by stages. Even I couldn't eat the shrimp. It was so spicy and salty that it was impossible to eat. Three tables around me were complaining about the same with their dishes. I decided to talk to the owner and ask for the bill after the promise of swapping the boiled shrimp by grilled but it never came after other 15 mins. When I talked to the owner about the situation he charged me a side that never came and the shrimp that I didn't eat and returned. He previously offered to boiled in clean water to reduce the spicy level but it was almost impossible, in my opinion, that amount of salt and spice was reduced in a decent amount of time. Bottom line, he didn't remove the food I didn't eat even when the quality and specification were not what was promises. Some other reviews state the same.

Came in at 4:30pm. Lady said ima do it togo Bc the kitchen closes soon. We close at 5pm now I don't see why I couldn't have been able to sit down and try this place for my first time. It's such a turn off when a business tries to rush their closing time. If it was a inconvenience for me to order and enjoy the food there, I can't imagine how the cook would feel for someone making a order at 4:30pm. But idk, the lady up front was the one who made the decision to make my food to go only

Wife and I had lunch there today. Excellent food right around the corner from the house. Some of the most fresh oysters I've ever had. Good portions for the price.

I had the two combo with catfish and shrimp. Absolutely delicious! catfish was flaky shrimp was cooked just right. products are breaded and not battered. So good the sauces are not necessary but they are offered. Huge portions. We ordered two separate plates but we could have split in one.
