Restaurant bewertenI haven?t been to Chipotle before and thought I?d give it a try. My fiancé ordered the garlic steak but when the lady asked the cook if they had any in the back he just looked at her. He walked to the food line, placed a cover on the garlic steak and when she asked if he was going to make more he just stared and didn?t answer. I ordered lettuce, chicken, and cheese bowl with avocado, blanco queso (that just tasted like onion and cheese) with sour cream that came to $14. Overall, the lady was polite and patient, but it?s pricey and the food is mediocre.
Update 11/29/22: Pick up my mobile order this evening and got home to find that I received the wrong order. I went all the way back to the restaurant to receive my correct order and expected a refund for my inconvenience. Then the manager, Ana, told me that I have to call a number in order to resolve this issue, in a very rude tone. By the way, my order was UNDER $10, it was just one bowl. Ana did not seem to care about my inconvenience of time and gas wasted to travel all the way back and was not apologetic in any manner. By far the poorest customer service I?ve experienced at any business, management needs to desperately be reworked. I also called the number she gave me and was put on hold for over 30min before I decided to hang up. So I am changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star due to poor customer service and management at this establishment. Old review: Ingredients are usually not fresh and they give small portions. They also close an hour earlier than they are supposed to for some reason. Definitely not the best chipotle to go to.
I go to Chipotle a lot, and this is the closest location to my house, so I have gone here quite a few times. The employees don't seem that attentive and have rang up my order wrong several times, but I'm generally fine with overlooking stuff like that as long as the food is good. Don't think I will be going back though as the last time I went my sofritas tasted off. I really love Chipotle, I just wish they weren't so overexpanded. Most locations cook the veggies so quickly that they're still raw (if they're even cut into small pieces) and don't really know how to char the chicken properly. 11/2 Update: This location continues to be terrible. I went there yesterday and see on my debit card statement that they overcharged me by a factor of three. $19.70 for two barbacoa tacos. 10/21/22 Update; This location seems to have improved since the last time I went.
Why did y?all stop serving beer? It?s on your menu but you haven?t had any in a very long time. Your location is located in a Kroger?s shopping center just go buy some beer. If your answer is that you don?t sell enough beer to justify caring it then you need to remove it from your menu and remove the metric for tracking it. You can?t sell something that you don?t have.
This location at spring cypress and champions area will not ever send your complete order on delivery! 3rd time its shame on me to never order from here again. When our receipt clearly says bag 1 of 2 and a driver questions them and the staff says it?s complete. The driver said he can?t open the bag and repeatedly tells the staff it says on ticket 2 bags and they shrug it off and tell him it?s complete. The driver was kind enough to tell us at door to check our order cause they?ve had constant problems at the spring cypress road champions location with orders left out. We checked and sure enough it was. Called and ?Anna? the manager first insnuated it was not true. Then over course of phone call in matter of minutes she declares our bag is now there and she?s reviewed the video footage that captures it was not picked up by driver. $75 order and a few items left.. no try again how you deliver who?s fault it is. How do you look at a video while on phone and declare fault when your on the phone with a customer? Really? Do people think if they say it as a manger then others must be idiots to just accept what they say ? Who hires these people that can?t be honest and truthful and are flat out argumentative to put people on defense to try to get their money back and still not have their full order for dinner? Maybe corp management will start looking at refund returns and get a clue people shouldn?t pay and get part order so your folks can eat it Go to another location like the one at Louetta and Vintage or grand 99 parkway if you want adults serving that get it right.
