After several months of visits, I am disappointed to say that the quality of service at this restaurant has decreased. While the initial service is quick as always, the wait time between the starter and main course has increased during my last 3-4 visits. In December, my party had to wait an hour between courses without any apology from the server. If we don't seek out a waiter for drink recommendations, they often do not come to check on us. This lack of attention extends to dessert as well. In addition, the attitude of the servers can be quite unpleasant. I must also mention that the portion sizes have become smaller without any justification for the increased wait time. A simple solution would be to inform customers of this condition upon arrival. During a visit in November with a group of 12, we experienced the same long wait times. We were rushed to leave without being able to enjoy dessert or a digestif, and had to wait even longer to pay the bill. Despite these issues, the food is excellent, the location is easily accessible with ample parking, and the atmosphere is pleasant (although a bit noisy at times). However, the service tends to decline after the initial greeting, especially when it comes to dessert orders and the check. As a regular customer, I hope to see improvements in the future.
