Restaurant bewertenThey served a great spicy Diet Coke. I came in for a quick fountain soda and was pleased with my experience. They have good COVID-19 safety measures in place, and the staff was constantly cleaning. If I were really hungry, I would definitely eat here.
Last night, before the lady Zags basketball game, my friend and I enjoyed a foot-long black forest ham sandwich for dinner. The cashier was friendly and labeled our sandwiches as "his" and "hers" to prevent any mix-up. The sandwich was also quite delicious!
When I requested a fresh cookie to go with my meal because the one she initially gave me was hard, I noticed there was a tray of fresh cookies right behind her. Instead of offering me a new cookie, she rudely told me that they had to sell the hard ones first. This led to unnecessary arguments and delays in processing my payment, and her overall behavior was extremely unprofessional and sarcastic. I felt compelled to write this review to express my concerns about her treatment of customers. There’s no reason for such disrespectful behavior in a customer service role. It's clear she had a negative attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. When visiting a place like Subway, we certainly don't expect to have our time and money wasted or to be treated poorly.
It's a Subway, so you know what you're in for. The sandwiches are decent, and I haven't had any complaints. Oddly enough, I have a soft spot for their tuna—I never get tired of it!
