Burger King - Spokane

Second time, this time 40 minutes in the drive thru, got to the window expecting them to be understaffed, instead found 3 employees standing there with their arms crossed doing nothing, 2 were managers. Cold food to boot. Won't be back, they should just close their doors because they aren't even trying anymore.

Rude staff, terrible service. Everytime I come here, I have to wait a ridiculously long time to get my cold burgers. The staff were rude when I asked a simple question about the Jr. Wooper. I once waited 40 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. When I reached the window and asked what happened, there was no apology, only annoyance that I'd asked. Either they are understaffed or the employees need to be properly trained. I won't recommend this place.

This Burger King is one of my kiddos favorite fast food joints in Spokane. They love eating here because they have TVs, play ground and bottomless sodas.

Food is a bit better than what you expect from a chain burger place, but they're very slow. That might just be a BK thing. Friendly staff, and the burgers actually have substance compared to McD's. Worth the wait when I have the time.

I live in the valley but was by this burger king today and it beats the valley store hands down! Fairly clean. Way quicker then the valley and unlike the valley usually, they got my order right! They just have lots of good deals for those of us that are on a tight budget! I recommend this burger king for a bite to eat!
