I frequent this location often and the staff is phenomenal!! Brooke is always the sweetest, gives the best drink recommendations, and always knows how to put a smile on my face. Her customer service is exceptional and she knows how to make her customers feel thought of! I wish her the best luck in her journey to Tri-Cities. Special mention for the breakfast burritos, they pair great with a mad hatter to make a perfect morning. Thank you Pines for taking care of your customers!!!

I did an online order to be delivered. I live out of state and wanted to send something to my Mom for Mother's Day to surprise her and was not disappointed! The service was excellent, they kept me up to date on my order every step of the way and the delivery driver was very kind. I would definitely order again!
