My husband placed an online catering order for my birthday at the North Pines location. We have ten people in our family! We came in and it had accidentally got missed between shifts. It would be about 10 15 minutes to fill the order. The employee, obviously on his lunch, sprang into the kitchen to help. The gentlemen at the counter continued to serve the line with extreme kindness and patience. It happens, right?! Within 10 minutes both gentlemen came out with the order again apologetic. Returning to his lunch, the springy young man wished me a happy 21st birthday. Good play, son! I’m not thankful because the fixed a problem. I’m thankful that they treated me like it is my birthday! I wrote a review for this restaurant previously, as my mom and I have been loyal customers for years. However, we have recently experienced numerous issues with this location. The manager, Kai, made a highly unprofessional move by approaching my mom and suggesting that he knew about my review. This location is frequently out of food items and often opens late. Despite confirming ingredient availability over the phone, my mobile order still arrived with the wrong tortillas. Additionally, on one occasion they substituted chips and queso with salsa without offering a reduced price. Recently, the quality of the ground beef has been subpar, and on a recent Uber Eats order, I paid for chips and queso but did not receive them due to unavailability. Overall, my experiences at this restaurant have been disappointing and frustrating.

Would give zero stars if I could... you can tell they are short staffed but even the cashier just sat there when 9 customers were waiting on their food... we online ordered and everyone in line was first priority. We wait 40mins for our food to finally start to be made. Our food was posted to be ready an hour earlier than that. They even prioritized online orders that had not been waiting nearly as long as us. Really upsetting and may never come back.
