Sakura Express - Spindale

The Forest City Sakuras has the best Veggie Sushi Rolls and Thai tea from any restaurant I was. You can call in advance, order in the register or enter it. The staff is very nice and the price is affordable. The thing I hate here, there is no drive thru at the Forest City location and the parking is extremely small and somewhat cramped feeling.

So I and my staff were worth about 80 dollars of food, the cash register could not hardly speak English, but it was extremely rude!! We called in orders seperate, but had to pay us cards for an order on my card! I also asked if I could get two teas, gave her my card she said you have no money!! Said it must be 6 dollars to want to use cards is bull!! If we could give o stars, we would take our business otherwise we are like Fuji's?! How you become so rude to someone who just spent over 80 dollars

The food is good. The portion sizes were good. The customer service wasn't very good. And it had a long wait. The way the drive-thru works once you've ordered you have to pull forward so that the next car can go ahead and order. The guy came out to deliver food to the person that was in front of me and wanted me to pull around which meant that I had to go out into the road again and then back into the parking lot on the other side and wait. So that just kind of turned me off of the place. The road in front of the restaurant is kind of busy during this time of day. I got the teriyaki chicken with an egg roll and a drink and it was 12 something for mediocre food and bad service I wouldn't recommend it.

Food was amazing. Place just looks run down. Perfectly medium cooled steak in hibachi. Theyvwere quick, asked us to pull forward and park, 3-5 minutes later smoking hot bag of food.

Went thru the drive thru and got some fried dumplings and some herbal spring rolls and they were awesome?
