Restaurant bewertenMy first time visiting here from NJ and it will be my last. I came to the store expecting to have a great time with my family all was good until the supposed store manager MADISON was very nasty and rude. Flipping the middle finger at us slamming the window multiple times. May I mention infront of my family and children and other families with children in the vicinity of the ice cream shop. It was very disgusting behavior. What was supposed to be a great family memory turned into a disgusting event that should not be condoned at a family environment. If I could give zero stars I would.
Their ice cream is really good!!! Enjoy coming here for a treat!
One thing that I love about Bruster’s is all of the alternative ice cream options. They have oat milk, sugar free, and sherbet, which is wonderful! Most ice cream places do not have such a wide range of options. Also, their portion sizes never disappoint!
The people are nice but they ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS mess up my order. I pay extra for toppings didn’t get it. I ordered didn’t flavors got one flavor. It’s so frustrating!!
So me and my boyfriend was in line on April 16,2024 for Bruster's Appreciation Day. We finally got to the front at 8:52 when the cashier said I don't know if you heard what I just told them and I told her I did not. So she said that the system was down and that we could go in the drive thru line and that it would be the same price for the ice cream, the line would be faster, and to let the cashier know that we were in line at the window before 9pm. So I ordered our ice cream which it was a small sugar cone of Oreo cheesecake ice cream, and a small cup of southern banana pudding. When we were given the ice cream they put the oreo cheesecake ice cream in a cup with the wrong cone. I told the young guy what the young lady said at the window about four times. He was like thanks for letting me know so you will get the deal but took off 18% only. I told him again and he was like you got the discount and I did not because both ice creams would have been $2 a piece. The receipt has me paying $4.29 a piece withe the 18% off that ended up being $7.04 plus tax which was .63 and the total being $7.67. After repeating myself that the total was wrong, I left because why tell me to go in the drive thru when I was already in a line at the right time. I will be letting corporate know about this.
