Restaurant bewertenOne unique feature was the soda machine that also served beer, which was a nice touch. However, overall, I wouldn't return. It seems that the sandwiches being prepared do not align with what management is promoting on their website, making it quite misleading. The staff really need to be trained to make the sandwiches as advertised. As for parking, there were plenty of spaces available, and the ramp access to the tank station was adequate.
After reading the other reviews, I must say the staff here are incredibly rude! The gossip never stops and there's an abundance of bad attitudes. Be sure to remind them to tap your order, or you'll end up waiting a long time for your food. Overall, it was a terrible experience!
Sarah is amazing! She makes fantastic sandwiches and has an excellent knowledge of the menu. She's also very outgoing and friendly. The sandwiches are thick and well-made, bursting with flavor. The mac and cheese was incredibly creamy and delicious—my husband and I both agree!
The food was not at all what I expected. The restaurant's website showcased these enormous sandwiches, like the Rockefeller Reuben, priced at $10, which is one of the most expensive items on the menu. However, what we received was a disappointing sandwich with very little meat. My Philly Cream Cheese Steak sandwich had good flavor, but it was severely lacking in meat. The pastrami dog consisted of a sub roll with a hot dog and pastrami, and surprisingly, it tasted better than the other items. They do offer apple beer from the soda machine, which is a unique touch. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return here. It feels like the employees are preparing sandwiches that don’t align with what management advertises. This is very misleading. The staff needs proper training on how to make the sandwiches as represented.
We visit Gandolfo's quite regularly, but our recent experience with their sandwiches was the worst we've ever had. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches through the drive-thru. The woman at the window is always pleasant and friendly, but when I got home and opened my sandwich, I found little to no meat. There was just one slice of bacon and half a sausage, although there were four eggs. It was really strange. My husband's sandwich was the same. For $16 for two sandwiches, I expect to receive what I’m accustomed to from this place. It's disappointing.
