Burger King - Spanaway

This restaurant has inconsistent service. Every time I visit, there seems to be new staff. The morning team is efficient and friendly, but the night team is unpleasant and seems disinterested. The process at the drive-thru window is simply transactional and lacking in customer service. It feels like they just want to get rid of you as quickly as possible. Make sure to ask for any condiments or sauces before reaching the window, as they may not offer them otherwise. Overall, the service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired.

The staff is friendly whenever we have dined inside. The orders are always correct no matter how much food was ordered for the family. Dining area is kept clean by employees. Only downside is the play area is closed for the kiddos.

I received a burger with paper in it. I informed them and they apologized and remade the sandwich.

This location is awesome... stay away from the one at 16615 Pacific Ave S Spanaway... they completely ignore you until you drive away....

I prefer this location over the one on Pacific/Spanaway. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even when there was a mistake in my order, the person I spoke to on the phone was pleasant, polite, and offered to replace my sandwich. Although I didn't end up returning, I just wanted to acknowledge the great team at this location. They always maintain a positive attitude and are always friendly, even when short-staffed.
