1st time for us ...our neighbours took us over for a treat..the waitress explained how it works and away you go....so much to choose from ...fill your side plate with what you want cooking...leave your written order on how you'd like it cooked (oils, sauce and sides) don't forget to put your name and table number on your order form. Don't be greedy trying to get it all on one plate as you can go up as many times as you like ....so you get to experiment with the choices and flavours...I could only manage 3 plates as you got free boiled rice too.
