San Felipe Mexican - Southport

It was okay. We have eaten here in the past n the food was excellent...tonight? Not so much. Tea was old. Chips n salsa needed salt. Plate came out with a deep chip in it which can hold bacteria. The plate should be tossed. Cheese sauce was over salty while the fish needed salt. Overall, disappointing.

Always great food, good prices and wonderful service. The staff works hard to make sure the patrons are satisfied. Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible dining experience! My wife and I are not locals and my pregnant wife was craving fajitas, so we decided to have Mexican for dinner. Upon arriving to the restaurant, the booths were rather small, and she is currently in her third trimester so we had to adjust the booth to her comfort. I am rather large and was adjusting my side of the table as well. On multiple occasions we caught the staff pointing at our table and laughing. Additionally, when the waiter picked up my wife?s food, he laughed and patted his belly. This experience ruined our date and our impression of this restaurant. As if the experience was not bad enough, the food was mediocre and over priced. 10/10 do not recommend this establishment!

We had great service here. They were busy, but our waiter was awesome and food came out fast plus he kept our drinks full! Some of the food and the salsa was just a little bland/flat tasting. The favorite item from our table was the chorizo. The rice was good and actually their French fries with the kids meals were very good!

One of the best places to eat delicious Mexican cuisine! service is friendly and fast. the atmosphere is authentic and relaxing.
