Not sure if this is a typical experience when ordering takeout but we arrived 15 minutes after placing the order. Upon arrival, the tracker still said prepping....

I ordered pizza and cinnamon knots. The driver got lost! I paid extra for icing for my knots, did not got it! I called and the manager/ owner he talked over me...
