Mcalister's Deli - Southlake

I used to come here more often but recently service has become very bad. They do mistake in your orders . Also all the time instead of service, the staff keep chatting in the Kitchen with no refill offers for your beverages…

As a 3rd party delivery driver(Uber eats, Doordash), I really appreciate the orders being ready on time. This location does an excellent job to ensure that.

McAlisters has good food but the portion sizes don't make sense. Ordered the cuban. Does this look like a $10 meal ??

I regularly stop in to McAlister's on my lunch break. The variety of sandwich options rivals any deli I have been to. My partner loves their soups and salad options. The staff is slways patient, polite, and on the ball. They don't mind if you modify any of their specialty sandwiches. Parking is super easy, dining room is easily accessible to all, and the place is always clean. Always get the mac cheese. Delicious every time!Parking: Easy to get a close spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and dining area are easily accessible to all.
