Bread Zeppelin - Southlake

What a great concept. If you feel like most sandwiches have too much bread and you often want more than just a salad, this place combines the two very well. Think of a salad stuffed into a hollowed-out submarine roll. Four of us and all with different selections and all good. Mine happened to be the Tajano Caesar. The flavor was wonderful and different. The bread was fresh and like the concept is designed for, just the right amount. This was an order ahead pick up. It was finished just as we walked into the door at the promised time. Simply a good non-sandwich sandwich place.

Food was very good fresh. And very nice size portion. Jackson who prepared. My food was amazing as all the other young men were really enjoyed this experience. I will be back.Food: 5/5

Somethings changed in the last couple months affecting this store negatively. Bread falling apart, constantly forgetting side items (chips, sauces etc. . Going to take a break for awhile from this location.Food: 1/5

I really like the concept of a salad in a bread roll. Great suggestions for salad ingredients. Must try for a change of pace.
