Restaurant bewertenHorrible service never order from this Domino's Pizza, had to wait 3 hours for a large pizza because they only had 2 drivers on a Friday night but told me, my order would be here in 45 minutes
I ordered a pizza 45 minutes before my lunch time. I received a call back within 10 minutes to let me know the pizza would be at least an hour. Will that be ok? No, my lunch break will be over. Sorry your company can't treat drivers well enough to want towork there. I have avoided this corporate craphole for years but was hungry today. Screw Domino's. Support your LOCAL pizzashops.
It took so long to almost get my order i cancelled. Over a hour and half to deliver from southboro to framingham is ridiculous. Last time when the food finally arrived it was so cold it was rubbery. I will not be calling again. People go with any otherpizza place and save the trouble and time.
UPDATE (12/18/21): After having not ordered here for a while I placed another order in the app. The pizza and the mango habañero chicken were OK. The stuffed cheesy bread with bacon and jalapeño had NO bacon NOR jalapeños!! Because I wasn't ableto get back to the store I called to get a replacement delivered. That took over 1/2hr to get to me (about 1.5 miles) thereplacement had no cheese and was burnt!! Suffice it to say I had to go look for some food at another establishment because thisDomino's experience was an utter disaster!! I don't know if the owner/ manager reads these reviews but the quality of food beingmade at this location is extremely terrible and inconsistent!! Good food, friendly service. Unfortunately they have been knowto make mistakes on orders (especially items other than pizza, like wings or cheesy bread) so check items before leaving. When amistake is made, however, they ARE pretty good about making amends, whether it's re-doing the item for immediate pickup, ornoting it according to phone number of complainant to add to a future order by calling them
I order through the app often. Most Domino 's are well run. I have had a couple issues as of late but a few days ago I ordered some Parmessian bites. We order these often. They showed up all baked together, compressed and hard like a cracker. The paperinside was burnt. I really can not believe that no one checked this before it went out. I tried complaining through the app butall I got was an offer for a discount later. This was not editable, I wanted my money back. I finally called the store and spoketo a girl who apologized and said they would refund my money and no surprise I never got that refund. My guess is they did thisbecause I choose to add tip at the door instead of my standard 20% because last delivery they left at the house next door andgave me some weird thing for free that I did not order and didn 't even know what it was so it went in the trash. That promotionis a waste, if 8 wanted whatever that was I would have ordered it.
