Had a weekday lunch at Prezzo and was not disappointed.

Poor quality food, staff that really don't understand any English, not good

Love the food, staff are polite, efficient and friendly. Voucher code for bottle of Prosecco didn't hurt either...my other favourite Prezzo outside...
