We always came here when it was fugi and they were amazing. Unfortunately with the new property and make it into a Chinese sushi place now, the quality is not the same. Not to mention that they have seen everything higher than I have ever seen in a sushi restaurant. also the hot sauce was microshaft.

I think eating here is very good. california roll, tuna roll, sashimi, tempura all excellent

Some of the best I’ve had in years. In town for work and took a gamble on the sushi spot across the street from my hotel. When I walked in, I immediately regretted ordering take out and not taking a shower and putting on my good jeans to sit at the sushi bar. Took my food to my room and proceeded to enjoy one of the best sushi experiences ever. You can tell a lot about a sushi spot by their wasabi and pickled ginger, both of which were top notch. Great spicy tuna (not the kind that’s drowning in sriracha mayo, the kind with nice chunks of delicious tuna in a perfectly spicy sauce). Best salmon sashimi. Tofu in the miso soup (soup was great) was the tastiest tofu I’ve ever had. Great ginger dressing for the salad. So freaking good.

Had a great experience at Show win! Wonderful sushi and a great server: It was just a short visit from us, but we will definitely be back for more! Pictured is sushi sampler, pork and veggie spring rolls and Kamikaze roll.Food: 5/5
