I love how fresh is the food! I've eaten Indian food before, but this is by far the best! We happen to visit UK (we're from The Netherlands and decided to taste India food as they say it's the one in UK is best after India, of course. So we google it and went to Brilliant...and it was Brilliant!!! We even took the bill with us so we can request the same food when going to an Indian restaurant here in NLD. Of course it will never be the same, but then again, Brilliant has setup the standard quite high! :

I just celebrated my 40th Birthday party on Saturday with almost 140 guests and 12 kids. The new layout is stunning! All my guests were not only comfortable but really well taken care of the whole evening. Service was at its best, food .... I don't need to say much about the food as thouse who dine at the brilliant know how delicious the food is. The best thing about a party and what everyone remembers at the end of the day is music and food.... I was flooded with messages the next day on how good the food was. I would like to thank all the staff at Brilliant that were on shift on my crazy night.... a special thanks to Shankar Dipna and a big big thank you to Sarabjeet who is restaurant manager I know we did your head in on the day lol thank you for being so patient with my crew... I am glad I chose Brilliant Restaurant for my big day xxxx Poonam
