If I could give a zero I definitely would , from walking in the door to leaving the whole experience was completely disappointing. I have dietary requirements which I mentioned to staff to help me pick from your menu , this is where the first issue came about where I had selected an item that didn’t say it had it in it but it did . I know the staff aren’t the smartest you employ but they should of realised what I was ordering had said item in it and helped like any decent fast food employee but I guess that must be the brands new training . I don’t understand how every table was dirty when I was the only customer in there as well. When the food arrived and I said why does it have this in it , the staff were unable to give me an answer nor a solution to the problem ie refund etc . I’ve grown up on the Harry De wheels brand and have always had a pleasant experience. I know me saying I’m never going to return isn’t going to affect sales etc but I haven’t had such a bad experience and will not be returning .

I usually never leave reviews but here I go. I've been a customer of harry's cafe de wheels for a decade now. I've always gone to Tempe or the one in the city but today I drove past this one in south Windsor and was delighted to stop by and try it out.24/02/22 J.V was the only one working in the store at 12.30pm. He was tasked with serving 5 different people by himself and honestly I expected it to be slow but after 2 minutes my order was done and it was a 10/10 hot dog de wheels, the best I've ever had. Way better than Tempe or the city. J.V loaded my hotdog and was very friendly and easy to communicate with, I'd 100% come again.24/07/22 (5 months later). I've stopped by a handful of times since my first visit and every. single. time. consistently good.

I visited on Wednesday 2nd of March at 3pm. The young girl was a shining star.she was courteous, respectful and helpful. Well done keep it up and you will be a valuable asset
