Turkuaz - South Tyneside

I ordered a Tandoori kebab and chips. Chips were dry and luke warm, flatbread was dry, chicken cooked nicely but had very little flavour to it...the best item recieved was the tub of garlic sauce, i will not be ordering from here again.

Food is good normally, and we’ve been customers for years, but for some strange reason the last few deliveries we’ve had the driver claims to have no change to give us, even if we’re only giving him £30 for a £27 meal, then he suddenly finds it but still wants to bargain with us as to how much he can give us back. Very poor. You’ve lost a good customer.

My order for 2 pizzas arrived very quickly which would make u think it would be piping hot sadly that was not the case.it was at best warm but like most pizzas was ok in that state.however it would have been even more palatable if it was hot shame was it pre cooked prior to order and nuked a surprise it was not hot have to say

I ordered chicken wrap with chips today from here. But unfortunately all of the chicken was raw . And I'm regular customer .

This is the best takaway in the south shields area food is always fresh , chips are properly cooked unlike the mashed potato you get from most takeaways and the staff are amazing. If your looking for a fantastic freshlt made and incredible takeaway then look no further. Trust me I have been a chef for 21 years and I highly recommend this place.
