Starbucks - South San Francisco

Manager jazzy has no customer service. She is very rude!!!!

Horrible service and Poor training.This place should be closed or change all the staff out here.

Counter service is terrible. They appear to prioritize mobile orders over all else, ignoring people in line. Behind the counter is a mess and personnel seem very inefficient and generally slow. This is definitely among the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Three stars because it's Starbucks and I got what I asked for and reviews look dumb when they give one star to places like this.

The staff refused me to use the restroom because they already cleaned it and don't want to clean again. It was 2 hours before store closure.
