South Riding Inn

We came in for take out. It took a while to get the food but they were busy. This place is never staffed well, and tonight was no different. One bartender for the entire restaurant. But my biggest gripe was with the food. We had someone with us with a dairy allergy and the bartender repeated back what needed to be omitted from the sandwich. So it may have been a kitchen mishap, we will never know, but not only did they not make any of the modifications, it was drenched in creamy dressing and cheese. The burger was ordered medium and came out more rare, the chicken club had no mayo, and the pot stickers were missing one or two. This is all pretty annoying but there is especially no excuse for mishaps when it comes to allergies!

Called to see if I could host an event at their Chantilly location and the person that picked up said I don 't have time for this. I 'm too busy. Call back tomorrow. and then hung up on me. Service: 1
